Darby handles a wide-range of cases, including employment and workers’ compensation, probate and will contests, real estate transactions, divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, personal injury and general civil disputes in both State and Federal courts.  He has a history of effective and efficient representation of clients in trials, mediation and settlements. Darby has successfully argued multiple cases before the Maine Supreme Court.

After twelve years of practice with a prominent Portland trial firm, Darby moved up the coast to join Strout & Payson, P.A. where he now represents a diverse range of clients in a variety of practice areas. His diverse practice has enabled him to view his clients’ needs from a variety of angles and most importantly provide his clients with creative, efficient and effective representation in a variety of legal arenas.

Darby joined Strout & Payson, P.A. in 2012.
