Eric ("Rick") Morse is a resident of Rockport, Maine where he resides with his wife, Maureen, and four children. Rick was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Knox County for a number of years.

Rick is a shareholder of Strout & Payson, P.A. and has been with the firm since 1999. Rick concentrates on trial work, including criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
