Randal ("Randy") Watkinson was born in Rockland, Maine, and has been a lifelong resident of Knox County, Maine, having lived in Rockland, Rockport, and Owls Head. He was a 1967 honors graduate of Rockland District High School, where he was a member of the debate team and Latin club. He is a shareholder of Strout & Payson, P.A. and has been with this firm and its predecessor firms since 1988. Randy concentrates his practice in all types of residential and commercial real estate matters (title searches, title opinions, title insurance, document preparation, and all types litigation involving real property such as disputes over boundaries, easements, ownership, land usage, residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, subdivisions, and statutory and equitable partitions of land, whether improved or unimproved), debt collection, bankruptcy (creditor representation only) construction and contract law, business law, preparation of wills and trusts, and probate matters.
